HANOVER, N.H. (AP) Gabas Maldunas scored a career-high 28 points and Dartmouth took advantage of injury-ravaged Cornell in a 76-62 victory Friday night.
Maldunas was 9-of-14 shooting, 10-of-12 shooting foul shots and also grabbed eight rebounds for the Big Green (8-19, 4-9 Ivy League), which has won two of three after dropping five straight.
For the third straight game, Cornell (13-17, 5-8) was without starters Shonn Miller, Johnathan Gray and Devin Cherry. Errick Peck paced the Big Red with 26 points and Nolan Cressler hit three 3-pointers en route to 14 points.
