Jacksonville State beats Morehead State 70-61

MOREHEAD, Ky. (AP) Greg Tucker scored 17 points and Jacksonville State beat Morehead State 70-61 in a regular season closer for both teams on Saturday.

The win improves the Gamecocks (17-14, 9-7) standing in the Ohio Valley Conference to third place behind No. 1 Belmont and second place Morehead State.

Norbertas Giga and Erik Durham added 15 points apiece and Malcolm Drumwright had 14.
