USC center Dedmon enters NBA draft

LOS ANGELES (AP) Southern California center Dewayne Dedmon says he's leaving school to enter the NBA draft.

The junior announced his decision Wednesday on the school's website.

Dedmon played two seasons for the Trojans after arriving from the junior college ranks. His sophomore year was cut short by a knee injury. He led the Trojans in rebounding (7.0 per game), blocks (66) and steals (34) this season.
