Analysis: Foles wasn't quite as spectacular as he had been in so many games during the season, but he was still impressive with a 105.0 passer rating in his first postseason action.
|Dec. 23 11:08 AM PT12:08 PM MT1:08 PM CT2:08 PM ET19:08 GMT3:08 AM 北京时间12:08 PM MST2:08 PM EST1:08 PM CT23:08 UAE14:08 ET17:08 - Foles didn't need to do a lot in Sunday's blowout win against Chicago, though he completed 21 of 25 attempts for 230 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
Analysis: He now has 25 TDs and just two interceptions for the season. His 118.8 passer rating is the best in the league, despite Peyton Manning's record-setting season.
|Dec. 16 2:19 PM PT3:19 PM MT4:19 PM CT5:19 PM ET22:19 GMT6:19 AM 北京时间3:19 PM MST5:19 PM EST4:19 PM CT2:19 UAE (+1)17:19 ET20:19 - Nick Foles threw for a career-high 428 yards and second-half touchdown scores to DeSean Jackson, Zach Ertz and Jason Avant, but the Eagles win streak was snapped in a 48-30 loss to the Vikings.
Analysis: Foles finished 30 for 48, including 10 completions for 195 yards to Jackson, but he took four sacks and was intercepted once.
|Nov. 26 1:26 PM PT2:26 PM MT3:26 PM CT4:26 PM ET21:26 GMT5:26 AM 北京时间2:26 PM MST4:26 PM EST3:26 PM CT1:26 UAE (+1)16:26 ET19:26 - Eagles quarterback Nick Foles has been named Philadelphia's starter for the rest of the season. Coach Chip Kelly made the announcement Tuesday as the team returned from its bye week and began preparations for the Arizona Cardinals (7-4) on Sunday.
Analysis: Foles, in his second season, replaced Michael Vick, who re-injured his hamstring in a loss to the New York Giants on Oct. 27. The Eagles have saved their season after a rocky start and he's been the focal point. Foles has played in parts of seven games this season. In five starts, he's 4-1, and overall, he has thrown for 1,554 yards with 16 touchdowns and no interceptions.
|Nov. 18 2:55 PM PT3:55 PM MT4:55 PM CT5:55 PM ET22:55 GMT6:55 AM 北京时间3:55 PM MST5:55 PM EST4:55 PM CT2:55 UAE (+1)17:55 ET20:55 - Foles threw for 298 yards and ran for a touchdown in Sunday's 24-16 win over Washington.
Analysis: Foles continues to come up big for fantasy owners, and he isn't showing any signs of slowing down. He needs to be owned in all formats and is looking like a top-10 option the rest of the way.
|Nov. 11 10:34 AM PT11:34 AM MT12:34 PM CT1:34 PM ET18:34 GMT2:34 AM 北京时间11:34 AM MST1:34 PM EST12:34 PM CT22:34 UAE13:34 ET16:34 - Foles continued his fantasy surge with three long scores as Philadelphia pulled way for a 27-13 victory Sunday over the injury-ravaged Green Bay Packers.
Analysis: Foles finished 12 for 18 for 228 yards and the three scores and now has 16 TD passes and zero interceptions. He looks like the best QB in football at the moment - yes, even better than that Manning guy in Denver - and expect him to light up a terrible Washington team next week.
|Nov. 3 2:35 PM PT3:35 PM MT4:35 PM CT5:35 PM ET22:35 GMT6:35 AM 北京时间3:35 PM MST5:35 PM EST4:35 PM CT2:35 UAE (+1)17:35 ET20:35 - Foles has tied an NFL record by throwing seven touchdown passes for the Philadelphia Eagles against the Oakland Raiders.
Analysis: Foles matched the record last reached in the season-opener by Peyton Manning when he connected with Riley Cooper on a 5-yard pass with 4:28 remaining in the third quarter. It was his third TD pass to Cooper on the day. Foles also connected with Brent Celek, Zach Ertz, LeSean McCoy and DeSean Jackson to become the seventh quarterback to throw for seven TDs in a single game.
|Oct. 30 12:12 PM PT1:12 PM MT2:12 PM CT3:12 PM ET19:12 GMT3:12 AM 北京时间12:12 PM MST2:12 PM EST1:12 PM CT23:12 UAE15:12 ET17:12 - Two weeks after suffering a concussion, Foles will start in place of Michael Vick on Sunday against Oakland. Vick is out for the second time this season with a hamstring injury
Analysis: Eagles coach Chip Kelly made the announcement Wednesday after watching Foles take part in Tuesday's practice. "Nick did really well," Kelly said. "I know he was cleared, but just because he was cleared, we (still) really needed to see him. I hadn't really had a chance to visit with him, so to get to watch him on the field, I was really happy with the way Nick practiced."
|Oct. 30 1:18 PM PT2:18 PM MT3:18 PM CT4:18 PM ET20:18 GMT4:18 AM 北京时间1:18 PM MST3:18 PM EST2:18 PM CT0:18 UAE (+1)16:18 ET18:18 - Foles will be back at quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles when they play the Raiders on Sunday. Eagles coach Chip Kelly made the announcement Wednesday after watching Foles take part in Tuesday's practice.
Analysis: Two weeks after suffering a concussion, Foles will start in place of Michael Vick, who is out for the second time this season with a hamstring injury. Rookie Matt Barkley will be Foles' backup vs. Oakland (3-4). Philadelphia (3-5) is still just one game out of first place in the NFC East.
|Oct. 20 12:03 PM PT1:03 PM MT2:03 PM CT3:03 PM ET19:03 GMT3:03 AM 北京时间12:03 PM MST2:03 PM EST2:03 PM CT23:03 UAE15:03 ET17:03 - Foles has a concussion and Michael Vick is still recovering from a hamstring injury, leaving the Philadelphia Eagles uncertain of a starting quarterback next week.
Analysis: Foles was injured when he was sacked by George Selvie and Jarius Wynn on the final play of the third quarter in a 17-3 loss to Dallas on Sunday. Foles struggled against the Cowboys, completing just 11 of 29 for 80 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.
|Oct. 14 2:16 PM PT3:16 PM MT4:16 PM CT5:16 PM ET21:16 GMT5:16 AM 北京时间2:16 PM MST4:16 PM EST4:16 PM CT1:16 UAE (+1)17:16 ET20:16 - Foles was 22 of 31 for 296 yards and three touchdowns while making his first start of the season in Philadelphia's 31-20 win at Tampa Bay on Sunday.
Analysis: Foles' performance was impressive enough that coach Chip Kelly's decision process on who to start under center - even with a healthy Mike Vick - just became a little more difficult.
|Oct. 13 9:05 AM PT10:05 AM MT11:05 AM CT12:05 PM ET16:05 GMT12:05 AM 北京时间9:05 AM MST11:05 AM EST11:05 AM CT20:05 UAE12:05 ET15:05 - Foles is the Eagles' starting quarterback Sunday against Tampa Bay.
Analysis: An outstanding day could win him the starting job, even when Michael Vick is healthy. Vick dressed but is the Eagles' emergency quarterback.
|Oct. 7 11:32 AM PT12:32 PM MT1:32 PM CT2:32 PM ET18:32 GMT2:32 AM 北京时间11:32 AM MST1:32 PM EST1:32 PM CT22:32 UAE14:32 ET17:32 - Chip Kelly says Foles could win the Eagles' starting quarterback job based on his performance. Michael Vick is day to day with a hamstring injury suffered Sunday against the Giants.
Analysis: Foles came in and threw for 197 yards and two touchdowns in slightly over a half. Though Vick has played well, Kelly wouldn't rule out the possibility that Foles could remain the starter. Kelly says "if someone comes in and puts on an unbelievable performance, you take that into account." Given the Eagles' offensive success this year and the promising relief appearance, Foles might be worth picking up.
|Oct. 6 7:15 PM PT8:15 PM MT9:15 PM CT10:15 PM ET2:15 GMT10:15 AM 北京时间7:15 PM MST9:15 PM EST9:15 PM CT6:15 UAE (+1)22:15 ET1:15 - Foles turned in a fantasy surprise in a 36-21 victory over the Giants on Sunday.
Analysis: With Michael Vick hurt, Foles led four scoring drives and threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes. He completed 16 of 25 passes for 197 yards. You may want to pick him up if your QB is a struggling fantasy bum like Matt Schaub or Eli Manning.
|Aug. 7 1:09 PM PT2:09 PM MT3:09 PM CT4:09 PM ET20:09 GMT4:09 AM 北京时间1:09 PM MST3:09 PM EST3:09 PM CT0:09 UAE (+1)16:09 ET19:09 - Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly still hasn't named a starter for Friday night's season opener against the New England Patriots, and says whoever takes the first snap hasn't been "anointed" anything.
Analysis: Michael Vick and Nick Foles are continuing their training-camp competition for the starting job during joint practices against the Patriots this week. While New England is set at quarterback with two-time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady ahead of Ryan Mallet and Tim Tebow, the Eagles are still trying to figure out who will be their No. 1 guy.
|Feb. 15 11:29 AM PT12:29 PM MT1:29 PM CT2:29 PM ET19:29 GMT3:29 AM 北京时间12:29 PM MST2:29 PM EST1:29 PM CT23:29 UAE14:29 ET17:29 - Despite restructuring Michael Vick's contract and signing Dennis Dixon, the Philadelphia Eagles aren't shopping Foles and would want a first- or second-round pick to even consider it, a person familiar with the team's plans told The Associated Press on Friday.
Analysis: The person, speaking on condition of anonymity because the Eagles won't publicly discuss trade rumors, said new coach Chip Kelly and the front-office brass "haven't discussed trading Foles with any team." Foles was selected in the third round with the 88th overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. The Eagles "absolutely" rate his value higher than that because of his success as a rookie, the person said.
