Analysis: Sensabaugh was a free agent who was released by the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday, and Skinner was signed off the practice squad. Sensabaugh played in the first three games for the Rams, starting the first two at right cornerback. In four-plus seasons, Sensabaugh has played in 62 games with 29 starts. He has 176 tackles (141 solo), two interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, a sack, a forced fumble and three fumble recoveries.

Analysis: Incentives could have pushed the deal over $19 million, but Sensabaugh was recently demoted in favor of undrafted free agent Troy Hill. The 27-year-old Sensabaugh started the first two games, came off the bench in Week 3 and was inactive last weekend against Arizona. He recorded 10 tackles and a forced fumble this season.

Analysis: Sensabaugh started 27 games during his first four NFL seasons with the Tennessee Titans, who drafted him in the fourth round in 2012.
