Analysis: Neal, the No. 17 overall pick in last week's NFL draft, is the only first-round pick to agree to terms thus far. Terms of the deal, which includes an option for a fifth season, were not immediately available. Neal had 96 tackles and one interception as a junior in 2015. He had three interceptions in 2014.
