Analysis: Chargers general manager Tom Telesco said in announcing Jones' two-year deal that one of San Diego's offseason goals was to upgrade its return game. "We feel Jacoby brings a dynamic aspect to our kick and punt returns that we need and he also has solid experience playing wide receiver," Telesco said. The 30-year-old Jones played three seasons with Baltimore after a five-year run with Houston.
