Analysis: Martin averaged 14.0 points and shot 42.6 percent on 3-pointers last year in a bench role for the Thunder. He will become a starter in Minnesota, where the Timberwolves have been desperately looking for 3-point shooters after finishing last in the league in that department last season. Martin played for Adelman with the Sacramento Kings and Houston Rockets.
