Analysis: Rubio missed the previous two games with a sore left ankle, the same one that was surgically repaired in the offseason. Rubio practiced fully on Monday and Mitchell says that he will return to the starting lineup provided he suffers no setbacks before game time. He is a passing wizard but a serious fantasy risk since he is often injured.

Analysis: Rubio has missed four straight games with the injury, an expected setback as works his way back from offseason ankle surgery. Rubio only played 22 games last season because of the badly injured ankle, and the Wolves expected him to face some nagging muscle pulls and strains early in the season.

General manager Milt Newton tells The Associated Press that the Wolves ''are not talking to anybody about trading Ricky.''
Analysis: Rubio was limited to 22 games last season due to an ankle injury and is starting a new four-year, $56 million contract. He will turn 25 next month and has suffered serious injuries in two of his first four seasons in the league. Newton calls Rubio ''one of the best facilitators in the league.'' The Wolves believe they need the flashy playmaker to take charge of a young core featuring Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns, the last two No. 1 overall draft picks.
