The district attorney's office says Voynov ''caused his wife to suffer injuries to her eyebrow, cheek and neck'' during an argument. Analysis: The defenseman was accused of domestic violence and arrested Oct. 20. He has been suspended with pay since and has not been charged. He is due in court Dec. 1, and the Los Angeles district attorney has until then to file charges. During his suspension, $4.17 million is counted against the Kings' salary cap. Los Angeles has twice had to play with 17 skaters instead of 18 because of cap problems.

Analysis: The league says he was arrested Monday morning but isn't providing other details. He will be paid during the investigation.
